In SAS Merchandise Allocation, an incorrect application error message might be generated when you open or edit a definition.
This application error does not provide enough details about the specific problem for you to determine the course of action.
This issue is likely to occur because the import process does not validate across rows. The process validates only within a row when you import the allocation definition records. If the imported definition is a multi-item casepack (MICP), the hold quantity must be divisible by the pack quantity and have the same number of packs for each SKU in the definition that is being imported.
To work around this issue, correct the import file to meets the validation criteria and reprocess the import file.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future release.
